Super Fruit & Kale Detox Smoothie

Don’t be discouraged by the green hue of this kale smoothie! Not only does it have amazing health benefits, but its also delicious! I personally love to make this smoothie for breakfast, because not only is it filling, but it also gives me a burst of energy. Its, quick, easy, and healthy! Lets get started!

Prep time 2 minutes
Total cook time 1 minute

  • 1 to 2 cups of raw kale
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 2 strawberries
  • 2 pineapple chunks
  • 2 apple slices
  • 3 to 4 Ice cubes

  1. Thoroughly rinse kale and pat dry using paper towel. Set aside.
  2. Add ice cubes and coconut water to blender or smoothie maker.
  3. Tear kale into small pieces and add to blender or smoothie maker. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Blend for 30 seconds.
  5. Enjoy!
