Easy baked Buffalo Wings with Homemade Fries

This is one of my favorite recipes to make! Its easy, quick, and delicious! Who doesn’t love buffalo wings and fries!?


These buffalo wings definitely tread on the spicier end, so be mindful of the portions of seasonings that you add below. I’m using red potatoes for my fries, but feel free to use russet.

Total cook time 30 minute


Buffalo Wings
  • 10 whole wings cut into flats and drums
  • 2 tablespoons of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
Homemade Fries
  • 4 large red potatoes, sliced into fry strips
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic pepper seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil


  1. In a large pot, add chicken, crushed red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, and 1 tablespoon of salt. Add water to completely cover chicken.
  2. Bring pot to boil and let boil for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken from pot and add to oven safe pan.
  4. Broil chicken in oven on high for 5-10 minutes on each side. Check often to ensure you don’t burn. Times vary depending on thickness of chicken.
  5. Meanwhile, add hot sauce and butter to microwave safe dish and heat for 30 seconds (until butter melts).
  6. Remove chicken from oven and pour hot sauce mixture on chicken. Toss chicken to ensure each piece is covered. Set aside.
  7. For fries, place cut potatoes in large bowl and add, flour, lemon pepper, garlic pepper, dill seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to ensure that potatoes are completely mixed.
  8. Heat olive oil in large deep frying pan.
  9. Once oil is hot, carefully place potatoes in pan, shaking off exsess flour mix. Turning occasionally.
  10. Fries are done once golden brown. Remove fries from oil and drain using a drainer or paper towel.
  11. Plate wings and fries together. Feel free to add garnishment or ranch dressing for dipping!
  12. Enjoy!
